Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products with a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (critical for measuring tools and machines)
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Leather Scrap (custom-cut pieces)
  • Low Grade Pieces (sold as-is)
  • Leather Care Products (dye, glue, paint – hygiene reasons)
  • Leather Wet Molds (custom-shaped items)
  • Digital Kits & Patterns (after download)

Return Process

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number
  2. Wait for Authorization – Our team responds within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use original packaging when possible (especially for hardware and edge tools)
  4. Ship to Provided Address – We recommend using a trackable service

Refund Processing

  • Timing: 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: Email confirmation when processed

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly specify the desired replacement item (buckles, chains, cork fabric, etc.)
  3. We’ll ship the new item upon receiving your return

For urgent exchanges, we can ship replacements immediately with a credit card hold for the new item’s value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
